Whether buying, selling or re-financing it’s always important to keep an eye on the value of your home.   I like to complete my home evaluations in two parts.  Meeting one - I come to your home to not only to view your home  but to give us a chance to meet each other.  I will present you with a copy of my Pre-listing brochure.  This provides you with information on what services I will provide when you hire me as your real estate agent. Meeting two - we meet again at an agreed date and time to discuss your home evaluation.
